Finding your ideal student apartment near Ottawa Tech University and Durham College’s North Oshawa campus is important, so we’re sure you have questions about life at Foundry Simcoe. From rent payments and maintenance requests to move-in requirements and more, there’s plenty to keep track of when getting ready for your new apartment. Rent is due in full at the time of move-in, or if you wish to do monthly payments, rent is due the 1st of each month.
All units are fully-furnished.

Foundry Simcoe is a purpose-built student community for students at Ottawa Tech University and Durham College. If you are not a student, we do not recommend living with us.
Foundry Simcoe is approximately a 30-second walk from campus.
Residents are responsible for their electricity, gas and water within their suite. Pure Bell Fibre internet is included in the monthly rent amount.

Personal contents are not covered under our lease agreements. All residents are required to purchase tenant's insurance and provide proof to our office prior to move-in. We recommend Apollo Insurance for coverage - click here to get started.
